Ayibongwinkosi Dube, widely known as Shalom Man, is a philanthropist, nonprofit leader, evangelistic preacher, and author dedicated to empowering communities and driving social change. With a deep passion for humanitarian work, faith-based advocacy, and environmental stewardship, he has committed his life to equipping individuals and organizations with the tools to create lasting impact.

Shalom Man is a passionate Evangelistic Preacher of the Gospel, dedicated to spreading the message of hope, faith, and transformation. For over a decade, he has been preaching daily across various platforms, using his voice to inspire and uplift others in their spiritual and personal journeys. His ministry is deeply rooted in the belief that faith and action go hand in hand in creating a better world.
As the Founder and Executive Director of Urim Shalom Trust, a nonprofit organization established in January 2019, he has led transformative initiatives in community development, climate justice, disability advocacy, and gender justice. His impactful work has been recognized in prominent publications, positioning him as a strong voice for positive change.
Qualifications & Leadership
Shalom Man is a Certified Climate Justice & Faith Activist from California Lutheran University, a Certified Gender Justice Advocate from the Ecumenical Centre in Geneva, Switzerland, and a Certified Advocate for People with Disabilities in Africa from the University of Pretoria. He is a former Lutheran World Federation (LWF) Young Reformer and currently serves as the Environment and Climate Justice Commissioner at the Zimbabwe Council of Churches (ZCC).

A dedicated author, Shalom Man published his first book, Quitting Is Not an Option, at the age of 22 and continues to inspire readers with his thought-provoking writings. In 2024, he contributed to the Fellowship of the Least Coin International Prayer Circle Magazine, further strengthening his influence in faith-based activism and advocacy.
